Refund policy

We will gladly return/exchange items within 7 days of completed delivery of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email us at vaunitedllc@gmail.com to initiate the process.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a refund only if the condition of the product is unused. However, the refund process includes a fee for the shipping of the product originally to the address of the buyer, hence, the refund will be the full purchase price minus the taxes and the shipping fees that are original non-refundable deductibles to shoplava.com.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. LAVA does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes.
